Issues
Guarantee
All merchandise are guaranteed against
manufacturers defects. In the rare case of a manufactures
defect or shipping damage, please notify us promptly, so
the item can be replaced. We cover all shipment
charges in regard to manufactures defects and shipping
damage.
US shipments are shipped directly by the manufacturer
from Rexburg, Idaho and therefore no duties or state
taxes, are charged.
Canadian shipments are shipped directly
from Stratford, Ontario and thus incur no duties.
However GST or HST (in NS, NB and NL) is collected as
required by Canadian law.

Hours
of operation (Internet and Phone orders)
Our hours of operation are 9:00 AM -
6:00PM, Atlantic Standard Time, Monday - Friday.
Orders and E-mail received outside these hours will be
processed the next business day. We encourage the
use of E-mail for correspondence.

Minimum Orders
We have no minimum dollar requirement
for orders, however to cover the cost of shipping
materials and handling, a $4.75 surcharge is placed on
orders when the merchandise total is less than $14.00
dollar.

Wonderful Wedding Warehouse uses

confidential information such as credit card numbers, from
interception and hacking. You can be confident that you
are enjoying the same level of trust and security used by

Wonderful Wedding Warehouse also uses
rigorous security standards to protect customer
information offline as it does online.
All customer data is kept private and
confidential, and is used solely for order processing.
We do not sell mailing lists or other customer
information.

Returns
Returns will be accepted within
14 day of your receipt of goods, no questions asked,
provided the items were not damaged after delivery. There
is no restocking charge. The customer is responsible
for shipping charges on returned merchandise. Please
e-mail or call for a return authorization number, before
returning goods.

When to Order
We have brides, who order from
one year to one week before the wedding. However the last month before the wedding, is a very busy
and stressful time. By ordering early, you can
at least cross one task off that list.
If you order early, you can choose the
most economical (and thus slowest) shipping method,
reducing your shipping costs. This also gives you
time to obtain special order items, and not worry about
back orders.
Items such as Cake Tops and Knife and
Server sets makes great bridal shower gifts.

Taxes
Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland
We are required to collect the 13% HST by law on orders in Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and
Newfoundland (except Status Indians living on a Reserve;
see below).
Remainder of Canada
We are required to collect the 5%
GST by law on orders in the remainder of Canada.
Submission of provincial taxes for your province or
territory if any, are the responsibility of the customer.
Status Indians
living on a Reserve, are exempt from Taxes (Provincial,
GST & HST) provided that the parcel is addressed to
the Reserve.
USA and
International
US Shipments are shipped directly by the manufacturer
from Rexburg, Idaho and therefore no duties, handling fees
or state taxes, are charged.
Outside of Canada and the USA, taxes & duties are the
responsibility of the customer.
